Does Midwest Property Group allow pets?
We do allow up to 2 pets in certain properties with a non-refundable pet deposit, pet screening and pet rent. However, in certain properties, we do NOT allow pets. Exotic and/or poisonous animals are not permitted. If you own a dog, you must show proof of Renter’s Insurance with general liability coverage and list Midwest Property Group, LLC as additional insured. Pets must be spayed/neutered. Vicious Dogs or dogs with vicious history are not permitted.
Do you rent month to month?
No, we require a minimum standard 12-month lease.
How do I make rental payments?
Rental payments are accepted; online through a secure tenant portal, or by other arrangements upon request.
